The Morehouse STEM Industry-Sponsored Projects Program (M-STEM ISP) gives your organization a single point of entry to Morehouse faculty expertise and student talent in STEM. Industry partners bring a real challenge. Morehouse faculty scope and lead the project, and trained student teams deliver professional work and deliverables. Along the way, partners work directly with exceptional students andhelp build the pipeline of Black men entering AI, data science, and STEM research careers.
AI is a program-wide priority for M-STEM ISP. Projects are welcome to study AI in application, produce models, datasets, benchmarks, and evaluation methods.
The NSF leadership-class system being deployed at Morehouse, in a partnership led by TACC, supports supercomputing, simulation, modeling, and AI at scale.
This emphasis shapes several projects; it does not restrict which projects the program accepts.
