Genesa Williams is a dedicated Student Affairs professional with a strong background in student engagement, program coordination, and academic support services. Currently serving as the Computer Science/Mathematics/Software Engineering Department Coordinator and Program Operations Assistant for the Center for Broadening Participation in Computing at Morehouse College, she supports initiatives that enhance student retention, streamline academic operations, and foster inclusive learning environments for underrepresented students in STEM.

Genesa has successfully coordinated large-scale events, managed program logistics, and led summer enrichment programming such as Rise Up and Level Up, achieving high satisfaction and completion rates. With experience spanning higher education administration, diversity and equity initiatives, and human resources operations, she brings a strategic, student-centered approach to leadership and program management.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management from Rust College and is passionate about advancing equitable opportunities and holistic student development within higher education.
